I knew that relocating my 20 year practice to a new space was the right time to refresh the brand. Textile spent the right amount of time learning about my business, my mission and my clients. I was involved in design refinement from draft logos to the final and I feel like the end result is really ‘us’ as a veterinary practice. Textile then took the lead communicating with trades, suppliers and the landlord to install my beautiful new storefront sign. We’re open for business!
The goal was to create a new identity that was fresh, modern, refined and friendly, retaining the personal feel of the brand. Since the business was relocating to an upgraded space, we needed to consider how the identity would translate to a new storefront marquis. The clinic owner, Dr. Zieman, worked with us through several rounds of options to land on a direction that was fitting.
The new logo direction incorporates a grass element that is a signature part of the city of Eden Prairie logo. The city is nested in and around area wetlands, so usage of that element is recognizable and a nod to the surrounding community. Once the logo was completed, we moved into the creative work for the exterior signage pieces. Textile established communication with the property landlord and general contractor to gather specs, permit info, insurance needs and electrician coordination. Leveraging these inputs, we developed and revised fabrication specifications with our signage partner (Mathey Signs). Our two companies worked through several options of materials, finishes and sign build-outs to arrive at the best possible solution for this beautiful, modern office building. The sign needed to work with the look and feel of the office park, be easy to read by day and by night, and be constructed of low-maintenance long-life materials.

Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital is committed to educating clients on how to keep their pets healthy year round, believing that all pets must be treated with loving care in every check-up, procedure, or surgery. They believe that every human and animal that walks into their clinic should feel right at home.
Lori and Spencer have been taking their miniature schnauzers to Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital for 15 years, never imagining that Textile would be able to convert 'the family doctor' into a client.
